You can take up to two days of consecutively and not be charged as long as the equipment is in our possession and you notify us in advance of the days you are taking off. Any additional days off will be charged at the correct rate for total number of days skied.

Are helmets included with the rental?

No, helmet rentals are an additional $8.50 per day.

Do you provide overnight storage?

Yes, complimentary with your rental. However since Covid we are not able to store ski boots. We have to maintain 15 or less people in the store. Skis are fine to store, just drop them outside the shop when done skiing and we will take care of the rest. We will have them outside ready for pick up in the morning.

Do you rent goggles/gloves/outerwear?

We are able to rent snow-pants and snow-jackets, but can not rent goggles or gloves because they are too easily damaged.

When is the best time to pick up equipment?

Any time in the morning and midday, between the hours of 3pm to 5pm we have a lot of people returning their equipment so it’s hard to fit people for rentals at that time frame. We are able to give a much better customer service experience after 5pm.

Fortunately for you, no! Because we are not a corporate chain we are able to set our prices at a low and fair rate, because we are a ski shop for the people.

Do you sell lift tickets?

Nope. You’ll have to take a short trip from our shop down to the ticket office, located at the base area underneath Garfinkel’s bar and grill.
